Heucherella 'Solar Eclipse' has red brown leaves bordered in lime green. This perennial has beautiful habit and broadly scalloped leaf lobes. Everybody say “wow” when see 'Solar Eclipse' for the first time. Forming a vigorous mound of dense crowns.
How to grow Heucherella
Heucherella is a cross between two closely related plants – Heuchera and Tiarellia. As you might expect, heucherella offers many of the benefits of its two parent plants. First time crossed in 1912 in France. Heucherella are often grown as a groundcover or border plant. This hardy perennial inherited the attractive foliage of the heuchera plant and nice leave patern known from Tiarella. Half shade is best for most heucherella varieties, although the plant can tolerate more sun in cooler climates. The care of heucherella is easy and similar to that of its parents.
