The Siberian iris Peacock Butterfly On Mulberry Street ® has absolutely beautiful, blue-violet, double, exotic looking, unusual flowers. The lower petals - falls – are in bright, dark blue-violet purple with an intense yellow patch, the upper petals – standards – are lavender, very rippled and forming a dense cluster on the top of the flower. This perennial is beautiful also in bouquets, blooms on 60-70 cm scapes. Deep green, grass-like leaves form the upright clump. A unique cultivar of the "Peacock Butterfly" series. This wonderful cultivar was registered by Marty Schafer & Jan Sacks from Carlisle, Massachusetts, USA.
