In many Europe countries horseradish is a very famous plant especially in country gardening. Ham with horseradish cream belongs to traditional dishes in lot of countries. However, did you see the horseradish with two-colored leaves? No? Here is. The leaves of this horseradish cultivar are green streaked with creamy white. Variegation is very irregular, some leaves are almost green, others are almost white and some are streaking. In younger plants, variegation is less visible; it is more intense in older plants. Root has the same taste as the classic horseradish used commonly in the kitchen. Ideal for country gardening, a perennial flowerbed or just as a tasty delicacy in every garden.
