Hellebore Double Ellen® Green

Helleborus Double Ellen Green is a very decorative hellebore with semi-double yellow-green flowers. I tis an extraordinary cultivars, it will certainly attract the eyes of visitors in your garden. It blooms from February until April.

Unlike other perennials, helleborus are partially unstable and therefore we cannot give you a 100% guarantee that the colours or forms will be the same as that on the picture. Though our selection is fairly stable, there can be found some exceptions. Photos only give you an indication how the form and colour of the plant can look like.

The name “Christmas rose” is no coincident. While all other plants have a winter rest, the representatives of Helleborus shine in full bloom. Flowers appear from February to April and make after flowering almost a month a nice effect. Hellebore is a typical perennial suitable for planting under the tree in semi-shade condition. Plants need place with plenty of moisture in spring and over the summer the soil can be less dry. Soil should be well-drained, with a high content of nutrients. Helleborus can easily be cultivated also in pots.
